Instead, it’s aimed at helping beginners purchase or build a PC that will be capable of handling the demands of streaming their favorite games to popular sites such as Twitch and YouTube.

In this guide, you will find 4 systems designed and built for some of our very own Team NZXT streamers. These 4 systems will give you an idea on what kind of hardware is preferred by the pros and what they rely on when powering their stream. We’ve also included links to watch past streams of streamers building streaming PCs which will be used for future streams. Confused by that last sentence? So are we.

BIO: Renee started out as a YouTuber in 2008, uploading content primarily geared towards the Call of Duty community under the pseudonym “MissDoesntMiss.” After a year of growing and learning, she decided to branch out into other games and started her variety channel, lolRenaynay.

BUILD: Renee’s build is no stranger to high-end equipment and includes a strong combo with an Intel i7-7700k and a GTX 1080ti. You can’t get much better than this when it comes to handling the streaming workload without compromising FPS. Her build also includes a Kraken X52 to help keep her CPU cool and 16GB of G.Skill RAM in order to help with any background processes that she keeps open during her streaming BIO: Brittney has been a passionate gamer since her early years, which transitioned into her love of streaming on Twitch. With the original intentions of going into costume design, she stumbled upon cosplay after attending her first Dragon*Con in 2009. Since then she has attended numerous conventions in the US and Internationally. Brittney has worked with multiple video game companies as a professional cosplayer and hopes to inspire creativity and positivity into the gaming community.

BUILD: Ladee Danger’s build doesn’t include an i7 or a 1080ti like the other 3 but make no mistake, this system is still very capable of handling her streaming requirements and despite what most people think, an i7 isn’t always required in order to host a successful stream. Her system includes an i5-7600k and a GTX 1070. This combo is preferred if you are interested in keeping the cost low without sacrificing too much when it comes to streaming performance. Her build also includes a Kraken X52 to keep her system cool during long streaming sessions and will help lower the temps if she decides to overclock her CPU.
