NZXT CAM 4.22.0
Released Mar 29, 2021
- Fixed an issue where user settings backup was not working. This issue could have caused users’ settings to fail to restore in the event that local data was lost by reformat or manual deletion.
Over the past few weeks, the CAM team has been heads-down working on two large projects:
- We’re working to add support for upcoming hardware products that NZXT will offer in 2021. There are some very exciting products coming out this year that CAM will support with top-tier software integrations.
- We’re investigating a bug that recently came to our attention. On certain Ryzen machines, particularly ones with multiple monitoring programs running, there seems to be a case where the machine will continuously slow down until the user reboots the machine. While closing extraneous monitoring programs does seem to help relieve the issue, we are investigating a more permanent solution which will allow users to run multiple monitoring programs concurrently.
Additionally, we have another new development for our users – A public feedback portal available at cam-ideas.nzxt.com. Using this portal, you can submit ideas for how you’d like to see CAM grow, vote on the ideas of your fellow users, and track the progress of upcoming CAM features. Please jump into the ideas portal and help CAM become the best way to control and monitor your PC!
