Welcome to another NZXT Gaming PC build guide!
The NZXT cavalry’s here and this time we’re bringing you 3 BLD configurations to get you straight into some frantic Overwatch action!
Overwatch was released back in May of 2016 but the game is by no means outdated! With new heroes always being added, and the recently introduced Overwatch League making waves in the esports world, there are tons of ways to get hooked on this fast-paced, first-person shooter.
One of the best things about Playing Overwatch on PC is that it’s extremely optimized. This means you’ll be able to achieve solid frame rates with average graphics even on a budget gaming PC. On the flip side, if money isn’t much of a restriction, then prepare yourself for some blistering speeds at high-end graphical settings!
Each BLD system below was selected by choosing one of the 3 different budget options presented on letsbld.com. We’ve included varying price points so you’re sure to find a rig that’s right for your wallet. If none of these systems fit your budget, you can also modify the parts and adjust the prices accordingly.
Let’s dive right in and take a look at the 3 different BLD systems below! The predicted FPS is at 1920x1080p resolution using the game’s highest graphical setting.
|CASE: NZXT S340 Elite

Our first build is perfect for gaming on a budget, but it definitely doesn’t give anything up in the frame rate department! Housed inside our clean S340 mid-tower case, you’ll find an i3-8100 processor and GTX 1050Ti. Both are great budget components, but they have good reputations for putting out enough power to run non-intensive games like Overwatch. You’ll be getting a solid predicted frame rate of 71 FPS with this rig, which is more than enough to enjoy the fast-paced action of the game. A total or 8GB of RAM and a 1TB HDD round out this build and ensure an enjoyable experience overall.
If you’re looking for an even higher frame rate and a snappier environment, check out BLD System #2 below:
CASE: NZXT S340 Elite
Welcome to BLD System #2, where we make sure your dollar goes further (kind of like Junkrat’s RIP-Tire). This system is perfect for the gamer who has a bit more money to spend and is searching for even more frames per second. You’ll find this rig packing a i5-8400 processor and GTX 1060, a perfect combo that drives a predicted frame rate of 80 FPS in Overwatch. You’ll find another 8GB of RAM in this system, but a 250GB SSD will make your PC feel more responsive by speeding up load times!
Still not enough FPS and RAM? Check out BLD System #3 below:

WHICH SYSTEM IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
BLD System #1:
If you’re on a budget, we recommend selecting this BLD rig! It delivers solid performing hardware at a low price, and it is perfect for highly optimized games like Overwatch. Even though this is considered a “budget friendly” build, you won’t be feeling left behind by your competition. It still has plenty of room for future upgrades as well, such as an SSD for speedier boot times.
BLD System #2:
This rig kicks the power level up a few notches in exchange for a bit more money. The included i5-7600K processor will be able to tackle even more than the CPU used in BLD System #1, and the GTX 1060 GPU will also deliver increased performance. The included SSD is a great value, delivering speedy load times and enough space for Overwatch and all your in-game skins. This is perfect for any gamer looking to buy a rig that will last them a long time without breaking the bank!
BLD System #3:
If you’re looking to scoop up one of the most powerful systems we have to offer on our BLD website for Overwatch, then this is the PC for you! You’ll get a gorgeous looking system that takes advantage of our latest H700i case which has built-in RGB LED lighting and a CAM Powered Smart Device that automatically optimizes your fan curves! Not only that, but the powerful CPU and GPU will churn out blistering frame rates in Overwatch so you’re never lagging behind your competition. Pick this system if you want the best in performance and looks.
With these three BLD systems, you’ll be moving payloads and leading your Overwatch team to victory in no time!
