RTX is an annual gaming convention hosted by Rooster Teeth Productions (creators of the famous Red Vs Blue online comedy series). This year, RTX 2016 is taking place July 1-3 at the Austin Convention Center. It’s 3 days packed full of more gaming and internet culture than you can shake a stick at. Hey chicka bump bump.
The awesome developers at Psyonix Studios, makers of the hit game Rocket League, kindly invited us to share their booth space with them at RTX 2016. As you’re reading this, 4 fully built NZXT Manta rigs are on their way to Austin, TX, where RTX attendees will be able to play Rocket League at the Psyonix booth (#331)!
If you’re attending RTX 2016, don’t miss this opportunity to meet the Rocket League game devs in person, as well as Mason from NZXT (it’s weird referring to myself in the third person). Chat with our crews, dunk on some friends or new-found rivals, and check out some sweet custom gaming PCs while you’re at it.
We can’t wait to help Psyonix show off what is easily one of our favorite games in years! The recent “Neo Tokyo” patch that dropped on June 20 took the game to a whole new level with a free new map, new rarities for item drops, an item trading system, and so much more. With the insane amount of amazing content that these developers put out, you might think they’re a bunch of machines – but trust us, they are very real and amazing people! We’ll all be hanging out at the booth and celebrating Week 2 of the Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) Group Stage Qualifier 2 (which, by the way, NZXT sponsors!), so join us for the fun!
Be sure to check out http://www.rocketleaguegame.com/ for more info about Rocket League. We’ll see you in Austin for RTX 2016!
